Brian Fallon Releases New Solo Album, Including New Track “Love at the End of the World” Featuring Brandon Flowers.

Today Brian Fallon released his new solo album Not Bad For New Jersey, his first collection of original solo work in more than five years. While fans have already enjoyed the previously released title track and the single Better Before, they can now dive into 9 other songs on the album, including Love at the End of the World with Brandon Flowers.

“Brandon’s a truly gifted musician with a really unique instinct for structure, and he had the idea of writing a song with no chorus,” says Fallon, noting that he and Flowers first bonded over their shared admiration for Depeche Mode and C.S. Lewis’ 1942 novel, The Screwtape Letters. “We were talking about our ideas about love and had the idea to write a love song set at the end of the world, and it all came together almost faster than we could process it.”

Fallon along with his backing band the Painkillers, will tour the new albums starting tonight in Brooklyn with two show September 12th in Somerville, MA at the the Center for Arts at the Armory.
