Legend Has It Reunites To Honor Anthony Pelkey With New Song “Be Someone”

Anthony Pelkey fronted many bands in the Bangor area over the years. This weekend these bands will all reunite with friends taking turns filling Pelkey’s shoes on vocals in his honor. With all the reunions and rehearsals, one of the bands wanted to remember Pelkey in a new song.

Legend Has It (Ryan Curry, Matt Humphrey, Jay Cochran) were are joined by Phil Boyce for the new track Be Someone. As Boyce, who sings in Madison Lake, sings It’s not the last time that I’ll remember you, clips of Pelkey performing on stage can be heard.

Legend Has It, Wolves Among Sleep, Beach The Whale, & Tatooine, the Eff Chord, and Madison Lake (with members of Aggressive Youth) will all play the Sports Arena in Hermon Saturday night starting at 6:30. Admission will be a $5 Minimum cover with option to donate more. All proceeds will go to a local Maine based charity to support music for kids.
