FINNEAS Releases Christmas Song “Another Year”

Every December it feels like there might only be 15 Christmas songs in the history of recorded music; every artist just re-records Santa Baby, All I Want For Christmas Is You, or Wham’s Last Christmas. FINNEAS eschews those trends with his new, original Christmas song Another Year.

Although the song’s release is new, it has roots going back to 2019. “I wrote this song last Christmas, with a year of uncertainty ahead of us” says FIINEAS. “Had I known, anything I know now about how 2020 would go, I don’t think I would have changed a word. I hope wherever this song finds you, it brings you some small dose of comfort. The horizon is bright I think.” 

Another Year comes as the latest in a stream of singles from the multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer including What They’ll Say About Us, Can’t Wait To Be Dead, and his most recent offering Where The Poison Is.
