The Temper Trap Return With Gritty New Single “Lucky Dimes”

It’s been almost a decade since the Temper Trap hit the studio. Now the quartet has shared the new single Lucky Dimes, a gritty track with maxed out drums and a fuzzy bass line.

For the new single the band worked with Grammy-nominated Australian producer Styalz Fuego (Troye Sivan, Charli XCX, Khalid) who also co-wrote the single and enlisted Spike Stent to do the mix.

“It’s good to know that, nine years after the last one, we still have something to say,” says vocalist/guitarist Dougy Mandagi. “Making this record has been a joy, we’re not here to relive the past, but to write the next chapter.”
