Friends And Musical Family Of Anthony Pelkey Plan Memorial Benefit Concert

For many, Anthony Pelkey was the voice of some of their favorite local bands growing up. Fronting bands including Wolves Among Sleep, Legend Has It, Aggressive Youth, & Tatooine, Pelkey’s voice and stage presence was knowing in the local scene.

Pelkey passed away in late November and his friends and musical family have organized a memorial benefit concert Saturday, February 1st at the Sports Arena in Hermon. The night will include performances by his bands Legend Has It, Wolves Among Sleep, Beach The Whale, & Tatooine as well as duo the Eff Chord and Madison Lake (the band formerly known as the Banner Year) performing with members of Aggressive Youth.

Admission will be a $5 Minimum cover with option to donate more. All proceeds will go to a local Maine based charity to support music for kids.
