Twenty One Pilots Return With New Album and Livestream Event

Twenty One Pilots have announced a new album, released a new music video, and are planning a livestream experience for their fans. In short, they’ve been busy.

The new album; Scaled and Icy was written and largely produced by Tyler Joseph over the past year at his home studio, with Josh Dun engineering the album’s drums from across the country. The new album was created during (and in spite of) the long distance situation the two band members were living with during the pandemic. But from those distanced session, the band decided to “push forward through setbacks and focus on the possibilities worth remembering”. The first track released from Scaled and Icy (with accompanying video) is called Shy Away
