In 1999 Moby was a household name. Play was released and all of a sudden the electronic musician’s iconic bald head was everywhere. Now a new documentary sheds light on the artist with Moby himself playing the role of narrator.

Moby Doc, which will be released May 28th via Greenwich Entertainment, tells the story of Moby; from his trouble-filled upbringing to his meteoric rise at the height of electronica, to his philanthropic work he continues to this day. The documentary features live footage, reenactments, and interviews including David Bowie and David Lynch.

The film was directed by Rob Bravler and co-produced by Eric Harle, Dave Tomberlin, & Marty Bales.
